By using this website, you agree to these T&C, the Privacy Policy and related platform policies.
2. Platform Role & Scope
SeasonalShopee.com (“Platform”) provides a space for registered Sellers to exhibit or advertise their products. It does not facilitate sales, accept payments or take legal title to goods. All purchase contracts arise directly between Buyers and Sellers off platform.
3. Seller Obligations
Each Seller must:
• Enter into a written agreement with the Platform before listing products
• Provide accurate information: product details, country of origin
• Ensure any advertisements match actual product features in quality, usage and other attributes without misrepresentation or fake reviews.
• Provide seller information for public display: legal name, address, contact, PAN/GSTIN (if registered)
• Not adopt unfair trade practices such as discrimination of consumers or misleading listings.
4. Advertising Rules & Compliance
Since the Platform facilitates only advertising:
• Sellers must ensure all ads must be legal, honest, decent, truthful and non-misleading.
• Ads must reflect actual product characteristics and usage conditions; exaggeration or false claims are prohibited.
• Sellers must comply with recent advisories such as obtaining Self Declaration Certificates (SDC) for new digital ads as required by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting guidelines (effective June 18, 2024).
5. Liability & Disclaimers
• The Platform does not guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery and is not a party to any sale.
• All responsibilities—including legal, regulatory, consumer complaints and product liability—rest with the Seller.
• The Platform’s liability is capped to cases of proven negligence in its own operational duties (e.g., failing to display required seller data).
6. Amendments
• The Platform may update these T&C at any time. Material changes will be highlighted; continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Severability
If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified minimally to the extent required and the remaining terms stay effective.
